Nopalitos Jose
A salad made of fresh cooked “nopalitos” mixed with onions, tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, and cheese. (delicious)
Chicharrones Hay Guey!
Soft chicharron (pork skin) with onions. Your choice red or green chili.
Camaron/Shrimp Quesadilla
Shrimp saute with tomatoes. Served with rice, avocado, sour cream on the side.

Your choice of chicken or shredded beef. Served with rice, sour cream and guacamole.
Chiles Rellenos & Enchiladas
Chile Rellenos Doña Maria
2 “chile poblano” breaded and stuffed with cheese, smothered with chef’s red tomato sauce. Served with rice and beans.
Chile Rellenos de Pollo
2 “chile poblano” stuffed with chicken, and covered with a special sauce. Served with rice and beans.
Chile Rellenos de Camaron
2 “chile poblano” stuffed with shrimp and covered with a delicious sauce. Served with rice and vegetables.
Chiles en Nogada
2 “chile poblano” stuffed with ground beef, pecans and raisins, smothered with another of the chef’s special sauces. Served with rice and vegetables.
Enchiladas de Colores
3 enchiladas (1 chicken, 1 shredded beef, 1 cheese) smothered in two different sauces. Served with rice and beans.
